摘 要:针对目前难以在燃煤电站锅炉水冷壁受热面进行局部区域结渣状态监测而无法实现“按需吹灰”的问题,设计出4种不同结构温度测量装置,对不同结构测量装置进行数值模拟,其中TypeA结构热电偶端面温度最低,将其应用于某燃煤电站锅炉实时监测热电偶测点温度的变化;同时使用内窥式炉内水冷壁沾污形貌全景可视化探枪监测温度测量装置周围区域结渣情况,对拍摄画面进行图像处理,得到结渣量化数据(结渣区域面积占比)。结果表明:测量装置所测温度可以直观反映出受热面局部结渣状况,根据所测温度即可获知局部受热面具体渣量,为今后燃煤电站锅炉实现“按需吹灰”提供理论依据与参考。It is difficult to monitor the slagging state in the local area on heating surface of water wall of boiler in coal-fired power plant,and therefore conduct soot blowing on demand.In this paper,four temperature measuring devices with different structures are designed and numerically simulated.The end face temperature of the thermocouple with type a structure is the lowest,It is applied to real-time monitoring the temperature change of thermocouple measuring points in a coal-fired power plant boiler;At the same time,a panoramic visual probe gun is used to monitor the slagging around the temperature measuring device,and the image is processed to obtain the quantitative slagging data(proportion of slagging area).The results show that the temperature measured by the measuring device can directly reflect the local slagging condition of the heating surface,and the specific slag amount of the local heating surface can be obtained according to the measured temperature,which provides a theoretical basis and reference for the realization of"soot blowing on demand"of coal-fired power station boilers in the future.
