摘 要:药物代谢是在多种药物代谢酶参与下发生化学结构的改变、药理作用发挥或终止及毒性物质清除的重要体内过程,在药物开发及临床前预测药物相互作用研究中具有重要的意义。文章主要对药物代谢模型及药物检测方法作一综述,以方便研究者选择合适可行的代谢模型及方法研究药物的代谢及其机制。Drug metabolism is an important process that involves the change of chemical structure,the exertion or termination of pharmacological effects,and the elimination of toxic substances with the participation of multiple drug metabolic enzymes in vivo.It has important significance in drug development and preclinical prediction of drug interactions.The drug metabolism models and detection methods were reviewed in this paper so that researchers could be appropriate selected and feasible metabolic models and methods to study drug metabolism and its mechanism.
