摘 要:脓毒症是由病原体感染引起的全身性免疫反应综合征,会造成机体肝脏、肺脏、肾脏、心肌器官等损伤,致死率高。新近发现的脓毒症多器官损伤和免疫抑制的重要原因与体内细胞焦亡相关。细胞焦亡是炎症性、程序性的细胞坏死。非编码RNA是一类不编码蛋白质的RNA,调控细胞的各个生命过程,在细胞焦亡造成的脓毒症多器官损伤中有潜在作用。文章就非编码RNA在脓毒症中细胞焦亡的研究现状展开综述。Sepsis is a systemic immune response syndrome caused by microbial infection,which can cause damage to the body's liver,lung,kidney,cardiac organs,etc,with a high mortality rate,and has become a major burden of global medical care.Cell pyroptosis is an inflammatory and programmed cell necrosis,which is also an important cause of multiple organ damage and immunosuppression in sepsis recently discovered.Non-coding RNA is a hot spot molecule that regulates immunity and cell death,and has a potential role in multiple organ damage in sepsis caused by cell pyrotosis.This article reviews sepsis,cell pyrodeath and the regulatory role of non-coding RNA.
