摘 要:审视三孩政策下父母的子女养育问题,能为家长提升家庭教育质量,以及学校、教师进行家庭教育服务指导提供依据。本研究通过对全国75438位小学生的父母进行调查,发现独生子女父母在子女居家学习的教育参与表现总体优于非独生子女父母;非独生子女父母对子女身体健康的关注有待加强;受资源稀释的影响,非独生子女父母为子女创设充分学习条件的能力被削弱。无论是独生子女还是非独生子女父母都要树立主体意识;非独生子女父母要以更积极、平等的态度参与不同子女的居家学习;学校、政府和社会应为不同独生状况的家庭提供必要的外部支持。Examining issued faced by parents’in regards to child-rearing under the threechild policy can provide a basis for parents to improve the quality of family education,and for schools and teachers to provide guidance on family education services.In this study,a survey of 75,438 parents of primary school students nationwide found that parents of only child generally performed better than parents of non-only children in their children’s educational participation in home study;parents of non-only children need to strengthen their concern for their children’s physical health,and the ability of parents of non-only children to create adequate learning conditions for their children is weakened by the dilution of resources.Both parents of only and non-only children need to develop a sense of agency;parents of non-only children need to participate more actively and equally in the home learning of each of their children.Schools,government and society should provide necessary external support for families according to their particular situations.
