数字经济对泛珠区域收入差距的影响研究

摘　　要：以2009—2019年泛珠三角区域9个省份作为研究对象,从基础环境、创新驱动、数字产业化、产业数字化四维度来衡量数字经济发展水平,从影响效应、中介机制、空间溢出、门槛效应各方面实证研究数字经济对其收入差距的影响。研究表明:发展数字经济能够缩小泛珠三角区域收入差距,并且通过促进产业结构升级、提升人力资本水平来发挥作用,但当劳动力错配程度超过一定水平时,数字经济的红利已无法弥补高劳动力错配带来的负面影响。基于此,提出需从四维度来促进泛珠三角区域数字经济联动发展,提高人力资本素质以充分发挥数字经济红利效应。Taking nine provinces in the Pan-Pearl River Delta region from 2009 to 2019 as the research object,this paper measured the development level of digital economy from the four dimensions of basic environment,innovation-driven development,digital industrialization,industry digitization,and empirically studied the impact of digital economy on the income gap in the Pan-Pearl River Delta region from the aspects of influential effect,intermediary mechanism,spatial spillover and threshold effect.The research shows that the development of digital economy can narrow the income gap of Pan Pearl River Delta region by promoting the upgrading of industrial structure and improving the level of human capital.However,when the degree of labor mismatch exceeds a certain level,the dividend of digital economy cannot make up for the negative impact of high labor mismatch.Based on this,it is proposed to promote the linkage development of Pan-Pearl River Delta digital economy from four dimensions and improve the quality of human capital to give full play to the dividend effect of digital economy.
