摘　　要：在我国经济向高质量发展稳步迈进的过程中,面对贸易战、全球新冠疫情等内外部的复杂变化,增强区域经济韧性显得愈发重要。研究基于央行对于长三角地域普惠金融发展的调查研究,探讨了数字普惠金融水平与城市经济韧性的相关关系。选择长三角27个中心城市作为研究对象,采用敏感性指数度量长三角城市的经济韧性。研究发现,长三角各个城市在经济韧性水平上存在差异且变化明显;数字普惠金融的发展可以通过覆盖广度和使用深度为本地市场注入活力,使当地经济系统运行得更加稳定,以此增强区域经济韧性。In the process of China s economy moving steadily towards high-quality development,it is increasingly important to strengthen regional economic resilience in the face of complex internal and external changes such as trade war and global COVID-19.Based on the investigation and research of the central bank on the development of regional inclusive finance in the Yangtze River Delta,this paper discusses the correlation between the level of digital financial inclusion and urban economic resilience.In this paper,27 central cities in the Yangtze River Delta were selected as the research objects,and the sensitivity index was used to measure the economic resilience of cities in the Yangtze River Delta.The results show that there are differences and obvious changes in the level of economic resilience of cities in the Yangtze River Delta.In addition,the development of digital financial inclusion can enhance regional economic resilience by injecting vitality into local markets and making local economic systems more stable through its breadth and depth of use.
