强心方颗粒剂联合常规治疗对老年冠心病心力衰竭患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 观察强心方颗粒剂对老年冠心病心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年9月—2022年3月于上海中医药大学附属市中医医院就诊的老年冠心病合并心力衰竭患者60例,采用数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在与对照组相同治疗的基础上加用中药强心方颗粒剂,2组疗程均为8周。观察并比较2组治疗前后血浆可溶性肿瘤生成抑制因子2 (sST2)和N端脑钠肽激素原(NT-proBNP)水平、临床疗效(中医证候疗效率和心功能分级有效率)及不良反应等。结果 治疗前,2组上述各项指标值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预8周后,观察组sST2、 NT-proBNP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组中医证候疗效率和心功能分级总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均未发现治疗不良反应。结论 强心方颗粒剂可提高老年冠心病心力衰竭患者的临床疗效,降低sST2及NT-proBNP水平,改善患者的心脏功能,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Qiangxinfang granules combined with conventional therapy on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods From September 2020 to March 2022,60 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure admitted to Shanghai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given Qiangxinfang granule on the basis of the same treatment as the control group.The treatment course of both groups was 8 weeks.The levels of serum soluble tumorigenesis suppressor 2(sST2) and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide hormone(NT-proBNP) before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy(curative rate of TCM syndrome and effective rate of cardiac function grading) and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the above indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of intervention,the levels of sST2 and NT-proBNP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the curative rate of TCM syndrome and the total effective rate of cardiac function grading in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reaction was found in both groups.Conclusion Qiangxinfang granules can improve the clinical efficacy of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure,reduce the levels of sST2 and NT-proBNP,and improve the cardiac function of patients.It has certain clinical application value.
