摘 要:通过水培试验研究了典型湿地植物的生长特征及其水质净化效果,为科学选择湿地生态修复植物提供依据。研究表明:香根草、黄菖蒲、水葱、美人蕉都表现出较强的氮、磷降解能力,且它们经过对生活污水的适应后对氮、磷的降解与水力停留时间呈线性相关,说明它们有着较为稳定的氮、磷吸收能力,且具有较大的氮、磷吸收空间。生活污水中总氮总磷的去除率与湿地植物氮、磷的积累量呈线性相关,说明湿地植物在污水氮、磷降解中发挥着重要作用。The growth characteristics and water purification effect of typical wetland plants are studied by hydroponic experiment,which provided a basis for the scientific selection of wetland ecological restoration plants.The results show that Vetiveria zizanioides,Iris pseudacorus,Scirpus validus and Canna indica all showed strong ability to degrade nitrogen and phosphorus,and the degradation of nitrogen and phosphorus is linearly correlated with hydraulic residence time after a period of acclimation to domestic wastewater,it shows that they have stable ability to absorb nitrogen and phosphorus,and have larger space to absorb nitrogen and phosphorus.The removal rate of total nitrogen and phosphorus in domestic wastewater is linearly related to the accumulation of nitrogen and phosphorus in wetland plants,which indicates that wetland plants play an important role in the degradation of nitrogen and phosphorus in wastewater.
