摘 要:实施乡村振兴战略需要倚重职业教育,涉农职业教育是实现农村更美、农业更强、农民更富发展的保障。长期以来,职业院校在办学过程中目标与定位存在偏离,没有做好服务新农村建设,且职业院校更看重校企合作,对乡村服务的重视程度较低,校村发展脱节问题突出。文章基于校村发展共同体前提下,对职业教育赋能乡村振兴的战略架构与机制构建进行讨论,找出其中痛点并解决,为校村共同发展提供建议。The implementation of rural revitalization needs to rely on vocational education,and agriculture-related vocational education is the guarantee for more beautiful countryside,stronger agriculture and richer development of farmers.For a long time,there has been a deviation between the goal and orientation of vocational colleges in the process of running a school,but agriculture has not done a good job in serving the construction of a new countryside,and vocational colleges pay more attention to the cooperation between schools and enterprises,paying less attention to rural services,and the problem of disconnection in the development of schools and villages is prominent.Based on the premise of the school-village development community,this paper discusses the strategic framework and mechanism construction of vocational education enabling rural revitalization,finds out the pain points and solves them,in order to provide suggestions for the common development of schools and villages.
