摘 要:为解决大粒度块煤机械化自动排矸,提出TDS智能选矸技术。应用效果表明:智能干选技术能对大粒级原煤进行有效分选,平均矸石带煤率为1.30%,平均矸石排出率为95.0%,增加企业的经济效益,解放手选工人繁重的手选作业,改善工作环境,减少安全隐患。In order to solve the problem of mechanized automatic gangue discharge of large size lump coal,TDS intelligent gangue separation technology is put forward.The application results show that the intelligent dry separation technology can effectively separate the large-grained raw coal,the average gangue carrying rate is 1.30%,and the average gangue discharge rate is 95.0%,which increases the economic benefit of the enterprise,liberates the heavy manual operation of hand selection workers,improves the working environment and reduce safety risks.
