摘 要:采煤机割煤产生高浓度粉尘,需要高效降尘技术进行治理,分析了综采面产尘主要区域,采用了煤层注水、采煤机高压外喷雾、液压支架架间喷雾、回风巷高压水幕帘综合粉尘治理措施。结果表明,利用采煤机滚筒高压喷雾、架间高压喷雾、回风巷自动高压水幕综合防尘后,全尘粉尘浓度在回风巷水幕帘后5 m降低至45 mg/m^(3),呼尘浓度降低至23 mg/m^(3)。Shearer cutting coal produces high concentration dust,which needs efficient dust reduction technology to control.The main dust production areas of fully mechanized mining face are analyzed.Comprehensive dust control measures such as coal seam water injection,shearer high pressure external spray,spray between hydraulic support frames and high pressure water curtain in return roadway are adopted.The results show that after using the comprehensive dust control of shearer drum high pressure spray,inter-frame high pressure spray and automatic high pressure water curtain in return roadway,the total dust concentration decreased to 45 mg/m^(3) at 5 m behind the water curtain in the return air roadway,and the exhaled dust concentration decreased to 23 mg/m^(3).
