摘 要:针对蒋庄煤矿井下粉尘浓度存在监测时效性差、无法连续监测、无上级部门监管等问题,影响粉尘浓度超限治理及工人职业病预警防治,基于物联网、大数据、人工智能技术设计煤矿粉尘监测预警服务平台。通过在蒋庄煤矿实践应用表明,该平台能实现监测区域粉尘浓度的实时监测,粉尘数据经服务平台大数据中心实现粉尘监测云服务应用,为实现多部门的监管和职业病危害预警提供依据。Aiming at the problems existing in Jiangzhuang Coal Mine,such as poor timeliness of dust concentration monitoring,lack of continuous monitoring and no supervision by superior departments,which affect the treatment of dust concentration beyond the limit and the early warning and prevention of occupational diseases of workers,a coal mine dust monitoring and early warning service platform is designed based on Internet of things,big data and artificial intelligence technology.The practical application in Jiangzhuang Coal Mine shows that the platform can realize the real-time monitoring of dust concentration in the monitoring area,and the cloud service application of dust monitoring is realized through the big data center of the service platform,which provides a basis for the realization of multi sectoral supervision and early warning of occupational disease hazards.
