摘　　要：以鲍店煤矿7302主运巷为对象,进行了快速掘锚成套装备设计及应用研究,主要从掘锚同步、一次成巷、数字导向、泡沫除尘及安全监测五方面进行阐述。实践表明,应用后全尘和呼吸性粉尘除尘效率分别达到76.74%、83.24%,最大日进尺达92 m,最高月进尺达2020 m,大幅度提高了煤巷掘进效率。Taking the 7302 main roadway in Baodian Coal Mine as the object,the design and application of complete sets of equipment for fast anchor excavation are studied,mainly from five aspects:anchor synchronization,primary roadway formation,digital guidance,foam dedusting and safety monitoring.The practice shows that after application,the dust removal efficiency of total dust and respirable dust reaches 76.74%and 83.24%respectively,the maximum daily footage is 92 m,and the highest monthly footage is 2020 m,which greatly improves the coal roadway driving efficiency.
