摘　　要：以雾霾治理为例,探讨政府与环保非政府组织(ENGO)关系模式,以期能够协助政府与ENGO建立良性的互动关系,进而促进环境的可持续发展。Through taking smog control as an example,the study explores the relationship mode of government and ENGO,in order to establish benign interactive relationship between government and ENGO,and promote the sustainable development of the environment.
