摘　　要：在学校优良的革命传统、马克思主义的传播以及中共太原地委的具体组织、阎锡山的严密掌控等内生和外源因素的交织作用下,山西大学党组织虽创建较晚,但发展较快,且革命斗争从未间断。大革命失败到抗日战争期间,受到重创的党组织先是创建外围团体,继而利用国民党中央势力和阎锡山在校矛盾,联合阎锡山共同抗日,直至1944年开始公开活动。解放战争期间,党组织也先是利用外围组织和国民党中央势力及阎锡山公然角逐,后利用二者矛盾迁校北平,革命活动走向正轨,直至1950年正式公开。其中,进步师生的坚持斗争以及夹缝中求生存的策略当是山西大学党组织发展壮大的重要原因。Under the intertwined effects of such endogenous and exogenous factors as the fine revolutionary tradition of the university, the dissemination of Marxism, the specific organization of the Taiyuan Prefectural Party Committee of the Communist Party of China, and the tight control of YAN Xishan, the party organization of Shanxi University was established fairly late, but it developed rapidly, and the revolutionary struggle never interrupted.During the period from the failure of the Great Revolution to the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, the gravely damaged party organizations first established peripheral groups, and then took advantage of the contradiction between the central forces of the Kuomintang and YAN Xishan in the university, and united with YAN Xishan to fight against Japan until 1944, when they started public activities. During the war of liberation, the party organization also first used peripheral organizations to openly compete with the Kuomintang central forces and YAN Xishan, and then took advantage of the contradictions between the two to relocate the university to Peiping, and the revolutionary activities went on the right track until it was formally announced in 1950. Among them, the persistent struggle of progressive teachers and students and the strategy of surviving in a fissure are the important reasons for the development and growth of the party organization of Shanxi University.
