摘　　要：随着人口老龄化、生活方式的改变,眼部疾病的发病率也在逐渐增多,其治疗成为了研究热点,但由于血-眼屏障的存在,限制了药物在眼部疾病中的应用。本研究旨在对血-眼屏障的分类、血-眼屏障通透性的影响因素、眼部疾病的全身给药现状及常用药物进行综述,以期为眼部疾病治疗药物的研发及用药方案选择提供参考。With the aging of population and changes of lifestyle,the incidence of ocular disease is gradually increasing,and the treatment of ocular disorders gains great focus. Therefore,the aim of this study is to provide an overview of the classification of the blood-ocular barrier,the influencing factors of the permeability of blood-ocular barrier and current status of systemic drug administration of ocular diseases as well as commonly used drugs,so as to provide a reference to the development of ocular drug delivery formulations and alternative medication regimens.
