摘　　要：在分析学科馆员、学科馆员制度和学科服务的内涵属性和发展历程等基础上,针对新时代高校图书馆存在的跟风模仿学科服务模式、学科馆员短缺和服务能力有限、缺乏系统性规划设计和考核机制等问题,从转变工作理念和服务观念、建设图书馆学科服务团队和系统规划及科学设计学科服务工作等方面提出相应的对策和建议。Based on the analysis of the connotation,property and development of subject librarian,subject librarian system and subject service,aiming at the following problems existing in the university library in the new era,such as imitating subject service mode,shortage of subject librarian and limited service ability,lack of systematic planning,design and assessment mechanism,etc.,this paper changes the working concept and service concept,builds the subject service team and Department of library The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in the aspects of unified planning and scientific design discipline service.
