摘 要:为了满足电网公司日益增长的对视频会议质效的要求,本文针对目前视频会议系统无法提供主、分会场独立观看轮训画面,会议召开期间处理分会场异常情况会导致轮询停止,对参会人员观看轮询画面产生影响的问题,对现有视频会议系统该现象发生的情况进行调研,得出影响该问题处理的关键原因是多点控制器(Multipoint Control Unit,MCU)缺少单独输出合成视频源的配套装置。为此,提出一种视频源合成器设计。该合成器可以有效解决MCU缺少单独输出合成视频源的配套装置的问题,使同时进行会场轮询和故障实时处置成为现实,提升了视频会议保障水平。In order to meet the increasing requirements of the power grid company for the quality and efficiency of video conference, this paper investigates the occurrence of this phenomenon in the existing video conference system, aiming at the problem that the current video conference system cannot provide the main and sub venues to independently watch the rotation training images, and the handling of abnormal conditions in the sub venues during the conference will cause the polling to stop, which will affect the participants’ viewing of the rotation training images, It is concluded that the key reason affecting the processing of this problem is that the Multipoint Control Unit(MCU) lacks the supporting device for outputting the synthesized video source separately. Therefore, a video source synthesizer is proposed. The synthesizer can effectively solve the problem that MCU lacks the supporting device for outputting the synthesized video source independently, make it possible to poll the conference site and deal with the fault in real time, and improve the level of video conference support.
