摘  要:为了给在轨航天员提供在轨交互式网络业务,针对现有地面网络TCP协议加速技术的不足,基于机器学习空间站天地网络TCP传输性能优化方法,实现了传输过程中动态学习网络路径特征、基于历史可用带宽进行窗口回退、引入数据包传输序号进行快速丢包判断等优化策略,可以在不改变数据内容及封装格式的情况下,通过拥塞控制算法的改进来调整数据包的传送及重传时机,从而达到数据传输加速的效果。结合实际空间站天地网络中继KSA信道环境对不同协议加速算法进行测试,结果表明:优化算法可以将上行文件传输平均速率由TCP Cubic条件下的3.4 Mbps提升至6.82 Mbps,信息传输增益不低于3 dB;将下行文件传输平均速率由标准TCP条件下的168.51 kbps提升至12.49 Mbps,信息传输增益不低于18 dB,大幅提升了天地网络TCP业务信息传输性能。Targeting the shortcomings of the current TCP extension technologies,in order to provide the interactive network services for on-orbit astronauts,a new TCP optimization method between the Space Station and the terrestrial networks based on machine learning is proposed,which could auto-matically learn the path characteristics from the data transmission process,decrease the window size based on the historical available bandwidth,and quickly discover the packet loss with the packet se-quence lists,therefore the end to end users could adjust the time of packet transmission without changing the data content and encapsulation format,and retransmit the necessary packets through the congestion control enhancement algorithm,so as to achieve TCP transmission acceleration.Un-der the actual data relay satellite links on the Ka frequency band,the test results show that our new TCP optimization method could improve the file upload throughput from 3.4 Mbps of TCP Cubic to 6.82 Mbps with the gain no less than 3 dB,concurrently the file download throughput is improved from 168.51 kbps of standard TCP to 12.49 Mbps with the gain no less than 18 dB,which greatly improves the data transmission performance of TCP service in the space-ground integrated network.
