摘 要:微藻发挥大气平衡调控和食物稳定性供给等生保功能需要依靠光生物反应器。以受控生态生保系统中微藻生物部件应用为目标,综述了国内外开展的微藻空间搭载试验结果,就空间环境条件对微藻培养的影响进行了分析,介绍了Arthrospira-B、PBR@LSR和水生生物二元生态系统3种空间微藻光生物反应器的研究成果,并对今后需要解决的关键技术进行展望。Photobioreactor is the facility for microalgae to fulfill the ecological functions such as at-mospheric balance regulation and food stability supply.Targeting the application of microalgae bio-logical components in Controlled Ecological Life Support System,the results of space microalgae ex-periments in China and abroad were reviewed.The effects of space environment on the cultivation of microalgae were analyzed and the research results of several space photobioreactors including Arthro-spira-B,PBR@LSR and aquatic biological binary ecosystem were introduced.In addition,the key technologies to be solved in the future were prospected.
