摘  要:以铜冶炼厂的废酸经“硫化除杂+石灰乳中和”处理工艺所产出的石膏滤液为研究对象,研究采用“硫化除砷和重金属+氢氧化钠除镍+硫酸铝除氟+氧化除COD”工艺对石膏滤液进行处理。通过分步试验确定了硫化除杂、深度除镍、硫酸铝除氟、臭氧氧化的最佳工艺条件。试验结果表明,在最佳工艺条件下,石膏滤液中的重金属、氟和砷得到深度脱除,并有效去除了溶液中的COD,氧化后液各项指标符合GB 25467—2010规定的外排水质标准。该处理工艺较石膏滤液传统处理工艺具有生产稳定、有毒有害元素在深度脱除的同时废渣产出量小、设备结垢不明显、无二次污染及后续固废危废处理难题等优点,对现有及新建的冶炼废酸石膏滤液处理工艺的选择具有积极的借鉴意义。The gypsum filtrate produced from waste acid treatment process of“sulfide impurity removal+lime milk neutralization”in a copper smelter is taken as the research object,and the process of“arsenic and heavy metal removal by sulfurization+nickel removal by sodium hydroxide+fluoride removal by aluminum sulfate+COD removal by oxidation”is adopted to treat the gypsum filtrate.The optimum process conditions of sulfide impurity removal,deep nickel removal,aluminum sulfate fluoride removal and ozone oxidation are determined through step by step tests.The test results show that under the optimal process conditions,the heavy metals,fluorine and arsenic in the gypsum filtrate are deeply removed,and the COD in the solution is effectively removed.The indicators of the oxidized solution meet the effluent water quality standards specified in GB 25467-2010.Compared with the traditional treatment process of gypsum filtrate,this treatment process has the advantages of stable production,small waste residue output while deep removal of toxic and harmful elements,no obvious scaling of equipments,no secondary pollution and subsequent solid waste and hazardous waste treatment problems.It has a positive reference significance for the selection of existing and new smelting waste acid gypsum filtrate treatment process.
