摘　　要：分析和总结了硫酸装置转化工序气体换热器出现的典型问题,针对换热管应力腐蚀、换热器露点腐蚀和高温腐蚀、转化工序无法实现自热平衡、换热器阻力降大等问题,提出了在设计和制作过程中需采取的必要应对措施,以提高气体换热器运行的可靠性。The typical problems of the gas heat exchanger in the conversion process of sulphuric acid plant are analyzed and summarized,and the necessary countermeasures in the design and manufacturing process are put forward to improve the operation reliability of the gas heat exchanger in view of the problems such as stress corrosion of the heat exchanger tube,dew point corrosion and high temperature corrosion of the heat exchanger,inability to achieve its heat balance in the conversion process,and large resistance reduction of the heat exchanger.
