摘　　要：介绍了云浮联发化工有限公司80 kt/a发烟硫酸蒸发法试剂硫酸装置的设计、建设、工艺流程、主要设备设施、试生产及运行等情况。工艺流程包括发烟硫酸吸收、SO_(3)蒸发、SO_(3)吸收、初品脱气和净化工序低温位热量回收等。经过72 h性能测试、近6个月的试生产及近几年的稳定运行,该装置的主要设备、主体工艺、安全、环保设施等能够满足试剂硫酸生产的各项要求,生产能力和产品质量已达到设计标准。The design,construction,process flow,main equipments and facilities,trial production and operation of the 80 kt/a fuming sulphuric acid evaporation chemical reagent sulphuric acid plant in Yunfu Lianfa Chemical Co.,Ltd.are introduced.The process flow includes fuming sulphuric acid absorption,SO_(3)evaporation,SO_(3)absorption,initial product degassing and low temperature potential heat recovery of puriphication procedure.After 72 h performance test,nearly 6 months of trial production and stable operation in recent years,the main equipments,main process,safety,environmental protection and other facilities of the unit can meet the requirements of sulphuric acid production,and the production capacity and product quality have reached the design standards.
