摘 要:以某大型铅锌冶炼厂含重金属酸性废水为例,介绍了一种“石灰铁盐除砷+硫化除重金属+CO_(2)除硬度”的组合处理工艺。含重金属酸性废水经过该工艺处理后,出水水质满足并优于GB25466—2010的要求,全部得到回用,可为企业节省工业水费用72.72万元/a。该项目建设投资753.45万元,废水处理成本5.45元/t,年减排总砷8.76 t、总锌35.05 t、总铅3.50 t、总铜2.63 t、总镉0.53 t,消耗CO122.17 t/a,经济效益和环境效益显著。Taking the acid wastewater containing heavy metals from a large lead-zinc smelter as an example,a combined treatment process of“arsenic removal by lime iron salt+heavy metal removal by sulfurization+hardness removal by CO_(2)”is introduced.After the acid wastewater containing heavy metals is treated by this process,the effluent quality meets and exceeds the requirements of GB 25466-2010,all of which are recycled,saving 727.2 thousand yuan/a of industrial water cost for the enterprise.The construction investment of the project is 7.5345 million yuan,the cost of wastewater treatment is 5.45 yuan/t,the annual emission reduction is 8.76 t of total arsenic,35.05 t of total zinc,3.50 t of total lead,2.63 t of total copper,0.53 t of total cadmium,and the consumption of CO2 is 122.17 t/a.The economic and environmental benefits are significant.
