摘　　要：天然多糖是生物体合成的,由多个单糖通过糖苷键共价连接而形成的高分子化合物,其来源广泛,在植物、动物和微生物中均有分布。天然多糖具备多种生物学活性,以抗肿瘤作用尤为突出。相较于现有的肿瘤治疗药物,天然多糖以其安全、高效的优势已成为抗肿瘤领域的研究热点之一。肿瘤转移是肿瘤恶化的决定性因素,因此深入理解天然多糖抗肿瘤转移的机制至关重要。本文通过查阅近年文献,就天然多糖抗肿瘤转移的作用机制进行综述,以期为抗肿瘤转移药物的开发以及天然多糖的临床应用提供新的参考。Natural polysaccharides are high molecular compounds synthesized by organisms and covalently linked by several monosaccharides through glycosidic bonds.They come from a wide range of sources and are found in plants,animals and microbes.Natural polysaccharides contain a variety of biological activities,especially anti-tumor effects.Compared with currently available oncology therapeutic drugs,natural polysaccharides have become one of the research hotspots in the field of anti-tumor due to their safety and high efficiency.Tumor metastasis is the decisive factor of tumor deterioration.Therefore,a thorough understanding of the mechanism of natural polysaccharide anti-tumor metastasis is critical.In this paper,we consulted the literature in recent years to review the mechanism of natural polysaccharides anti-tumor metastasis,in order to provide new reference for the development of anti-tumor metastasis drugs and the clinical application of natural polysaccharides.
