有机硅改性双组分水性聚氨酯的制备与性能

摘　　要：随着可持续发展战略的提出,各行各业在生产发展的过程中愈发重视环保问题,并积极探索环保材料的设计与优化。有机硅改性双组分水性聚氨酯作为一种常见的工业材料,被广泛地应用到各行各业中。本文通过端羟丙基聚硅氧烷(DHPDMS)为改性剂,以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚丙二醇(PPG)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)以及三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)为主要原料,通过预聚体法制备了聚氨酯多元醇水分散体系(Si-HPUA),并与亲水改性多异氰酸酯固化剂配制成有机硅改性双组分水性聚氨酯(Si-2KWPU)等方法,实现对有机硅改性双组分水性聚氨酯的制备与性能的优化及改善,以期为相关领域的研究提供帮助。With the proposal of sustainable development strategy,all walks of life pay more attention to environmental protection in the process of production and development,and actively explore the design and optimization of environmental protection materials.As a common industrial mate-rial,organosilicon modified two-component waterborne polyurethane is widely used in all walks of life.In this paper,using hydroxypropyl terminated polysiloxane(dhpdms)as modifier,isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),polypropylene glycol(PPG),dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA)and trimethylol-propane(TMP)as main raw materials,polyurethane polyol aqueous dispersion system(Si-HPUA)was prepared by prepolymer method,and silicone modified two-component waterborne polyurethane(Si-2KWPU)was prepared by mixing with hydrophilic modified polyisocyanate curing agent,To op-timize and improve the preparation and properties of silicone modified two-component waterborne polyurethane,in order to provide help for the re-search in related fields.
