摘　　要：由于烷基多苷(Alkyl polyglycosides,简称APG)优异的性质,国内外对其制备和应用的研究已成为一个热门课题。目前,德国、美国、法国、日本、澳大利亚等发达国家都是烷基多苷的生产国。中国日用化学研究所最先对烷基多苷的两步制取技术进行了研究,随后金陵石化研究院、河南开普化工有限公司、河南群益化工有限公司等企业也开始了小型的烷基多苷的生产,并在我国实现了工业化。但是,与国外的产品相比,国产的产品在色泽、气味、性能等方面都有很大的差异,而且国内对其在理论和应用性能方面的研究还不够深入,因此,开展这方面的研究对我国相关行业的发展具有十分重要的作用。本文主要研究烷基多苷(简称APG),一种由可再生资源制备的绿色环保的非离子表面活性剂的合成与应用。Because of the excellent properties of Alkyl polyglycosides(APG),the study on its preparation and application at home and abroad has become a hot topic.At present,Germany,the United States,France,Japan,Australia and other developed countries are alkyl polyglycosides production countries.The two-step preparation technology of alkyl polyglycosides was first studied by China Institute of Daily Chemical Research.Later,Jinling Petrochemical Research Institute,Henan Cape Chemical Co.,Ltd.,Henan Qunyi Chemical Co.However,compared with foreign products,domestic products have great differences in color,smell,performance and so on,and domestic research on its theory and application performance is not enough.In this paper,the synthesis and application of alkyl polyglycosides(APG),a green and environmentally friendly nonionic surfactant prepared from renewable resources,are studied.
