摘 要:本文通过合成反应及混合搅拌的方法,制备了一款低温少渣的磷化液,研究了其膜层成分、膜重、膜层外观以及耐腐蚀性,并从机理和沉渣上分析了本配方磷化可以低温以及沉渣减少的原因。实验结果表明,该低温少渣磷化液膜层成分为磷酸锌和磷酸钙,膜重为7.5~8g/m^(2),膜层外观金相分析为均匀致密的颗粒状膜层,并具有较好的耐腐蚀性。分析了本配方添加了有机物、高分子物质和复合型促进剂后,沉渣减少的机理及磷酸铁不同颜色结晶的含水率,从而得到含水率只有50%左右的磷化沉渣。In this paper,a phosphating solution with low temperature and less slag was prepared by the method of synthesis reaction and mixing and stirring.And its film composition,film weight,film appearance and corrosion resistance were studied,and from the mechanism and sediment analysis,the reason why the formula phosphating can be low temperature and sediment reduction is analyzed.The experimental results show that the composition of the low-temperature and low-slag phosphating solution film is zinc phosphate and calcium phosphate,the film weight is 7.5~8 g/m^(2),the appearance of the film is a uniform and dense granular film,and it has good corrosion resistance.The mechanism of reducing sediment after adding organic matter,macromolecular substance and composite accelerator to this formula,and the water content of different color crystals of iron phosphate were analyzed,so that the phosphating sediment with about 50%water content was obtained.
