消防救援队伍防汛抗洪抢险救援工作探析

摘　　要：防汛抗洪抢险救援是消防救援工作的重要内容之一,也是“全灾种、大应急”职能任务的重要组成部分。面临全国各地洪涝灾害频发的严峻形势,消防救援队伍作为应急救援的主力军和国家队,在防汛抗洪抢险救援工作中具有义不容辞的责任。首先对洪涝灾害处置特征进行分析,然后探讨当前消防救援队伍在防汛抗洪抢险救援工作中存在的不足,最后提出强化防汛抗洪抢险救援工作的几点建议。Flood control and rescue work is one of the important contents of fire and rescue work,and it is also an important part of the functional task of"All Disaster,Big Emergency Response".Faced with the severe situation of frequent flood disasters all over the country,the fire and rescue team,as the main force and national team of emergency rescue,has an inescapable responsibility in flood control and rescue work.The paper analyzes the characteristics of flood disaster disposal,then discusses the shortcomings of the current fire and rescue teams in flood control and rescue work,and finally puts forward some suggestions for strengthening flood control and rescue work.
