生态产品价值实现的地方探索与扩散路径研究——以江西省为例

摘　　要：推动生态产品价值实现是贯彻落实习近平生态文明思想和大力践行“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念的重要内容。近些年来,江西各地立足良好的生态环境优势,积极破解“两山”双向转化难题,努力探索生态产品价值实现路径,形成了以发展生态产业的“婺源实践”、创新生态机制的“资溪经验”、融合生态三产的“靖安模式”等为代表的一系列典型案例,也为其他地方更好推动生态产品价值实现提供了借鉴参考和有益启示。立足新发展阶段,聚焦“建设美丽中国”奋斗目标,各地应秉持“因地制宜、分类施策”原则,从制度体系、方式方法、实施路径、参与主体、奋斗目标等多个维度协同发力,以系统思维加快实现生态产品价值,推动人与自然和谐共生。Promoting the realization of ecological product value is an important part of implementing Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization and vigorously practicing the concept of“lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”.In recent years,based on the advantages of good ecological environment,all over Jiangxi has actively solved the two-way transformation problem of ecological protection and made efforts to explore the path to realize the value of ecological products,having formed a series of typical cases represented by the“Wuyuan practice”of developing ecological industry,the“Zixi experience”of innovating ecological mechanism,and the“Jing’an model”of integrating ecological tertiary industries,it also provides reference and beneficial enlightenment for other places to better promote the realization of the value of ecological products.Based on the new stage of development,focusing on the goal of“building a beautiful China”,different regions should adhere to the principle of“taking targeted measures that follow local characteristics”,we will work together to accelerate the realization of the value of ecological products and promote the harmonious coexistence between human and nature from multiple dimensions such as system,methods,implementation paths,participants and goals.
