摘　　要：我国舞台艺术创作生产取得了一定成绩,但在艺术创作生产方面,如艺术创新、剧场建设、艺术人才等方面依然存在许多问题亟待解决;为促进我国舞台艺术创作的持续繁荣发展,需要从舞台艺术创作生产引领机制、生产管理机制、评价示范机制等体制机制方面大胆创新,探寻应对之策。Theatre for the performing arts in China has made certain achievements,but there are still many problems to be solved in artistic creation and production,such as artistic innovation,theater construction,artistic talents and so on,that need to be solved urgently;in order to promote the sustained prosperity and development of theatre arts Boldly innovate in the creative production leading mechanism,production management mechanism,evaluation demonstration mechanism and other institutional mechanisms,and explore countermeasures.
