摘　　要：工程文化理念是融合工程实践和人文理念的一种全新教学理念,具有多学科交叉融合和相互渗透等多种教育特征,能够从根本上促进学生专业知识、实践创新能力和综合素质的三维立体发展。因此,该文结合高校工程训练的开展情况,分析了工程文化理念的渗透价值,旨在以此推动和优化高校工程训练水平的发展,促进工程文化理念的内涵提升。The concept of engineering culture is a brand-new teaching concept that integrates engineering practice and humanistic concepts.It has a variety of educational features such as multi-disciplinary cross-integration and mutual penetration.It can fundamentally promote students'professional knowledge,practical innovation ability and comprehensive quality.development of.Therefore,this article analyzes the penetration value of engineering culture concept in combination with the development of engineering training in colleges and universities,and aims to promote and optimize the development of engineering training level in colleges and universities,and promote the improvement of the connotation of engineering culture concept.
