流散先秦出土简牍的海外抢救与研究

摘　　要：先秦出土简牍研究是近年文字学、古文献学和历史学等学科的学术研究热点,多批重要的出土简牍材料起初均为经盗掘以后贩卖海外的流散文物。该文以近30年来我国自海外追回的流失出土简牍为讨论对象,结合近期文物保护政策的调整动向,分析数批流失先秦出土简牍的追回途径及研究现状。在文物保护工作不断从行政、法制层面加以完善的今天,流失先秦出土简牍的追回工作日益呈现出事实与规范的矛盾。针对此类特殊的流失文物,如何更好地处理依法追回和合理保护之间的平衡,是未来简牍文物保护值得关注的问题。The study of bamboo slips unearthed in the pre Qin Dynasty is a hot academic research topic in philology,ancient philology and history in recent years.Many important unearthed bamboo slips were originally scattered cultural relics sold overseas after being stolen and excavated.Taking the lost bamboo slips recovered from overseas in recent 30 years as the discussion object,combined with the recent adjustment trend of cultural relics protection policy,this paper analyzes the recovery ways and research status of several batches of lost bamboo slips unearthed in pre Qin Dynasty.Today,with the continuous improvement of cultural relics protection from the administrative and legal levels,the recovery of lost bamboo slips unearthed in the Pre-Qin Dynasty is increasingly showing the contradiction between facts and norms.In view of such special lost cultural relics,how to better deal with the balance between recovery according to law and reasonable protection is a problem worthy of attention in the protection of bamboo slips and cultural relics in the future.
