摘  要:在《基加利修正案》正式生效的背景下,R290作为低GWP制冷剂,预计未来在房间空调器工质替代领域会发挥重要作用。我国房间空调器的使用量巨大,能效标准的合理制定对设备制造行业的技术进步会起到重要促进作用。首先对已有房间空调器的能效标准进行总结,并进一步基于R290制冷循环,通过基于热力学完善度和趋势外推法,对房间空调器的能效进行预测。结果表明其热力学完善度及能效比随夹点温差的减小以及等熵效率的提高逐渐上升。得到了未来不同能效等级的热力学完善度及能效值范围,其中2025年单冷式房间空调器额定制冷量为4500 W及以下的1级能效范围在6.1~6.2之间,热泵型房间空调器额定制冷量为4500 W及以下的1级能效范围在5.3~5.4之间。Under the background of the formal entry into force of the Kigali Amendment,R290,as a low-GWP refrigerant,is expected to play an important role in the field of refrigerant substitution for air conditioners in the future.The usage amount of air conditioners in China is huge,and the reasonable formulation of energy efficiency standards is significant in promoting the technological progress of the equipment manufacturing industry.First of all,the energy efficiency standards of the existing air conditioners are summarized,and then the energy efficiency grade of the air conditioners is predicted due to method of thermodynamic perfectibility and trend extrapolation,based on the R290 refrigeration cycle.The results show that the thermodynamic perfectibility and energy efficiency ratio increase with the decrease of the temperature difference at the pinch point and the increase of isentropic efficiency.The future thermodynamic perfectibility and energy efficiency are obtained corresponding to different energy efficiency grades,in which the energy efficiency range of the first class of single-cooled room air conditioners is between 6.1 and 6.2 with the rated cooling capacity of 4500 W or less in 2025,and that of heat pump room air conditioners is between 5.3 and 5.4.
