摘 要:针对湿法磷酸原料杂质多、产品附加值不高的问题,研究以湿法磷酸为原料,采用预处理工艺结合二级膜过滤的集成深度净化工艺,成功制得了食品级磷酸。结果表明:预处理工艺中,脱砷率可达89.7%,脱硫率可达98%,脱氟率可达95.2%;二次脱砷工艺中,脱砷率可达93.3%;两级膜工艺中,碳化硅超滤膜平均通量达595 L/(h·m^(2));一次纳滤平均通量为6.4 L/(h·m^(2));二次纳滤平均通量为12.9 L/(h·m^(2));二次纳滤后的湿法磷酸中w(Fe)=2.26 mg/kg、w(Pb)=0.29 mg/kg、w(Cd)=0.15 mg/kg;经浓缩处理后达到食品级磷酸标准。The raw materials of wet-process phosphoric acid contain many impurities with little added value.The food-grade phosphoric acid was successfully prepared from wet-process phosphoric acid by the integrated advanced purification process of pretreatment and secondary membrane filtration.The results show that the arsenic removal rate is 89.7%,the desulfurization rate is 98%,and the defluorination rate is 95.2%,while the arsenic removal rate can reach 93.3%in the secondary arsenic removal process.In the process of secondary membrane filtration,the average flux of silicon carbide ultrafiltration membrane is 595 L/(h·m^(2));the average fluxes of primary and secondary nanofiltration are 6.4 L/(h·m^(2))and 12.9 L/(h·m^(2)),respectively.The ions content of iron,lead and cadmium in wet process phosphoric acid after secondary nanofiltration is reduced to 2.26 mg/kg,0.29 mg/kg and 0.15 mg/kg,respectively.After concentration treatment,the phosphoric acid reaches the standard of food-grade.
