摘 要:由于加工与装配过程中产生误差,往复抽油泵长柱塞与泵筒的密封段可能存在锥度且有偏心,在高压油液作用下,柱塞会受到径向不平衡液压力的作用,产生偏磨问题,导致抽油泵泄漏量增加,容积效率降低。本文通过CFDFLUENT仿真软件分析了偏磨力大小与柱塞泵筒偏心率和柱塞锥度的关系,并采取改进措施,在柱塞上开均压槽,减少偏磨力,延长使用寿命。研究结果可为潜油直线电机往复抽油泵的设计与制造提供参考依据。Due to errors in machining and assembly process,the sealing section of the reciprocating pump long plunger and the pump barrel may have taper and eccentricity.Under the action of high-pressure oil,the volumetric plunger may be influenced by the radial unbalanced liquid pressure,resulting in eccentric wear problems,which leads to the increase of pump leakage and the decrease of volumetric efficiency.In this paper,the relationship between the eccentric wear force and the eccentricity and plunger taper of the plunger pump barrel was analyzed by CFD FLUENT simulation software,and the improvement measures were taken by opening the pressure equalization groove on the plunger,so as to reduce eccentric wear force and prolong the service life.The research results can provide a reference for the design and manufacture of reciprocating pumps for submersible linear motors.
