摘  要:基于高校安全工程实验室的特点,从安全管理机制、人的因素、环境安全、防火防爆技术和仪器设备与化学品安全5方面选取了16个主要影响因素构建了安全工程实验室风险影响因素体系;运用决策试验与评价实验室法(DEMATEL)分析各因素的重要程度并绘制原因-结果图,结合解释结构模型(ISM)方法构建多层次递阶解释结构模型,得出各因素之间的相互影响关系。结果表明:组织机构与责任体系、安全管理制度及实验操作规程、管理人员的责任心和态度、安全培训及应急演练、危险废物的收集与处置、特种设备的管理和使用、危化品的储存及使用是影响安全工程实验室风险大小的关键因素,对安全工程实验室安全管理整体影响显著。Based on the characteristics of university safety engineering laboratories,16 main influencing factors were selected from five aspects of safety management mechanism,such as human factors,environmental safety,fire and explosion prevention technology,equipment and chemical safety,to construct the risk factors system of safety engineering laboratories.The paper analyzes the importance of each factor by the decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory method and draws the cause-effect diagrams,and constructs a multi-level hierarchical interpretation structure model to obtain the interaction between various factors combined with the interpretive structural model method.The results showed that the key factors affecting the risk of safety engineering laboratories comprise the organization and responsibility system,including safety management system and experimental operation procedures,responsibility and attitude of managers,safety training and emergency drills,collection and disposal of hazardous waste,management and use of special equipment,and storage and use of hazardous chemicals,which have significant effects on the overall safety management of safety engineering laboratories.
