摘　　要：本共识以既往发表的“关于常规肺功能测定程序标准化和质量控制的建议”为基础,结合现代肺功能检测设备的特点、最新研究成果和我国实际情况,针对既往指南存在的未解问题,系统阐述常规肺功能,即肺容积、通气功能、弥散功能的测定方法和质量控制。This expert consensus is based on the previously published“suggestions on the maneuver standardization and quality control of routine spirometry”,combined with the characteristics of modern spirometry equipments,the latest research achievements,and the current situation in China.It systematically elaborates the measurement procedures and quality control of routine spirometry,including lung volume,ventilation and diffusion capacity,in attempt to clarify the unanswered issues and controversy in previous consensus and guidelines.
