激光照射治疗糖尿病慢性皮肤溃疡的临床安全性分析

摘　　要：目的 探究对糖尿病患者慢性皮肤溃疡应用激光照射治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年12月于沂水县人民医院接受由于糖尿病引起的慢性皮肤溃疡患者60例,按照1∶1随机分组法分为参照组30例应用常规治疗,研究组30例应用激光照射治疗,对比两组患者治疗疗效、住院时间、溃疡愈合时间和不良症状发生情况。结果 研究组治疗总有效率(93.33%)高于参照组治疗总有效率(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组较参照组患者住院时间和溃疡愈合时间均更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良症状总发生率(3.33%)低于参照组不良症状总发生率(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对糖尿病引起的慢性皮肤溃疡患者应用激光照射治疗,疗效显著,患者住院时间更短,溃疡愈合时间更快,引起的不良症状发生的概率更低,激光照射治疗更有安全性。Objective To explore the clinical effect of laser irradiation on chronic skin ulcers in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic skin ulcers caused by diabetes were selected in Yishui County People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021.According to the 1∶1 randomization method,they were divided into a reference group of 30 patients who received conventional treatment,and a study group of 30 patients who received laser irradiation therapy.The therapeutic efficacy,hospital stay time,ulcer healing time and occurrence of adverse symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was93.33% higher than that in the reference group,which was 73.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the study group had shorter hospital stay and ulcer healing time than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse symptoms in the study group was 3.33% lower than that in the reference group,which was 20.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of laser irradiation treatment to patients with chronic skin ulcers caused by diabetes has a significant effect,the patient’s hospital stay is shorter,the ulcer healing time faster,the probability of adverse symptoms is lower,and the laser irradiation treatment is safer.
