饮食指导在糖尿病护理方面的运用分析

摘　　要：目的 探究分析饮食指导在糖尿病护理方面的运用。方法 选取2020年8月—2021年7月经枣庄市立医院收治就诊的糖尿病患者160例,将患者根据随机抽样法分为对照组和观察组,每组80例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予饮食指导。对比两组患者护理后的血糖控制水平、护理效果、护理满意度、饮食规律性。结果 经比较,观察组患者护理后血糖控制水平、护理效果、护理满意度、饮食规律性均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 给予糖尿病患者在常规护理基础上实施饮食指导,可增强临床护理效果,提高护理满意度,加强患者自身饮食自律性,合理控制患者血糖指标,对临床应用具有重要意义。Objective To explore and analyze the application of dietary guidance in diabetes care.Methods A total of160 diabetic patients admitted to Zaozhuang Municipal Hospital from August 2020 to July 2021 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,80 in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,and the patients in the observation group were given dietary guidance on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose control level,nursing effect,nursing satisfaction and dietary regularity of the two groups of patients after nursing were compared.Results After comparison,the blood glucose control level,nursing effect,nursing satisfaction,and dietary regularity of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Giving diabetic patients dietary guidance on the basis of routine care can enhance the clinical nursing effect.It is of great significance for clinical application to improve nursing satisfaction,strengthen the self-discipline of patients’ own diet,and reasonably control the blood glucose indicators of patients.
