腹膜透析与血液透析治疗糖尿病肾病尿毒症的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨对糖尿病肾病尿毒症患者分别采取腹膜透析以及血液透析方法完成治疗后获得临床效果。方法 选取2019年1月—2022年2月三明市沙县区总医院收治的103例糖尿病肾病尿毒症患者为研究对象,随机分为常规组(n=52,采用血液透析方法进行治疗)和研究组(n=51,采用腹膜透析方法进行治疗),比较两组患者血压水平、并发症、肾功能指标。结果 治疗前,两组患者血压水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组血压较常规组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症(高钾血症、低蛋白血症、低血糖、低钾血症、心律失常、感染、心肌供血不足)总发生率(5.88%)低于常规组(21.15%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者肾功能水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组肾功能水平较常规组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 腹膜透析方法有效应用,同血液透析方法比较,可将患者血压水平、并发症、肾功能指标水平显著降低,促进糖尿病肾病尿毒症患者良好预后。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis in patients with diabetic nephropathy and uremia.Methods A total of 103 patients with diabetic nephropathy and uremia who were admitted to the Shaxian District General Hospital of Sanming City from January 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into conventional group(n=52,treated with hemodialysis) and study group(n=51,treated with peritoneal dialysis).Comparison of blood pressure levels,complications and renal function indexes between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood pressure levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,blood pressure in the study group was significantly lower than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).After treatment,the renal function level of the study group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of peritoneal dialysis,compared with hemodialysis,can significantly reduce the level of blood pressure,complications and renal function indexes of patients,and promote the good prognosis of patients with diabetic nephropathy and uremia.
