活血通痹汤浴足治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床研究

摘　　要：目的 研究自拟方活血通痹汤外洗治疗对于糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)患者的中医临床症状影响。方法 选取2018年1月—2020年6月在广西中医药大学第一附属医院治疗的符合糖尿病周围神经病变诊断标准,同时为血虚寒凝型糖尿病的患者100例,随机均分为两组。患者除控制饮食、规律运动、进行健康宣教、口服甲钴胺外,对照组50例以温水浴足,研究组50例以活血通痹汤浴足,4周后比较两组患者的中医证候变化。结果 研究组患者中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组中医证候改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组综合疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 活血通痹汤外洗方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者疗效显著,明显改善其临床症状,具有推广价值。Objective To study the effect of self-made prescription Huoxue Tongbi Decoction on the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods A total of 100 patients with blood deficiency and cold coagulation type diabetes who were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.In addition to diet control,regular exercise,health education and oral Mecobalamin,50 patients in the control group were bathed in warm water and 50 patients in the study group were bathed in Huoxue Tongbi Decoction.After 4 weeks,the changes of TCM syndromes in the two groups were compared.Results The TCM syndrome scores of the patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of TCM syndromes in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive curative effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Tongbi Decoction bath has significant curative effect in the treatment of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,significantly improves their clinical symptoms,and has promotion value.
