摘　　要：目的 探究糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、肌酸激酶(CK)、空腹血糖(FBG)水平检测在糖尿病微血管病变筛查中的应用价值。方法 选取2020年1月—2022年1月福建省三明市第二医院接收的82例糖尿病患者以及同期选取的41名健康人群作为研究对象。糖尿病患者纳入观察组,健康人群纳入对照组;其中观察组内患者分为合并微血管病变者(n=41)以及未合并微血管病变者(n=41)。比较两组血清HbA1c、CK、FBG水平差异,并对观察组内不同类型患者的血清HbA1c、CK、FBG水平进行对比,采用Spearman分析HbA1c、CK、FBG与糖尿病微血管病变之间的相关性。结果 与对照组相比,观察组血清HbA1c、CK、FBG水平较高;观察组内,与未合并微血管病变者相比,合并微血管病变者的血清HbA1c、CK、FBG水平较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman分析结果显示,HbA1c、CK、FBG水平与糖尿病微血管病变均为正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论HbA1c、CK、FBG水平可作为临床筛查糖尿病微血管病变的重要依据,以上指标可反映糖尿病微血管病变的形成情况。Objective To explore the application value of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),creatine kinase(CK) and fasting blood glucose(FBG) levels in the screening of diabetic microangiopathy.Methods From January 2020 to January 2022,82 diabetic patients and 41 healthy people selected in Sanming Second Hospital of Fujian Province during the same period were selected as the research objects.The selected diabetic patients were included in the observation group,and the selected healthy people were included in the control group.Among them,according to the data of the patients in the observation group,the patients were divided into those with microvascular disease(n=41) and those without microvascular disease(n=41).The differences in serum HbA1c,CK and FBG levels between the two groups were compared,and the serum HbA1c,CK and FBG levels of different types of patients in the observation group were compared.Spearman was used to analyze the correlation between HbA1c,CK,FBG and diabetic microangiopathy.Results Compared with the control group,the serum HbA1c,CK and FBG levels in the observation group were higher.In the observation group,compared with those without microvascular disease,the serum HbA1c,CK,and FBG levels of the patients with microvascular disease were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of Spearman analysis showed that the levels of HbA1c,CK and FBG were positively correlated with diabetic microangiopathy(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of HbA1c,CK and FBG can be used as an important basis for clinical screening of diabetic microangiopathy,and the above indicators can reflect the formation of diabetic microangiopathy.
