妊娠年龄及孕早期糖耐量水平与妊娠期糖尿病的关系探究

摘　　要：目的 研究妊娠年龄及孕早期糖耐量水平与妊娠期糖尿病的关系。方法 选取三明市中西医结合医院于2020年3月—2021年12月收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者30例和正常妊娠期妇女30名,其中正常妊娠期妇女纳入对照组、妊娠期糖尿病患者纳入观察组。对比两组妊娠年龄、孕早期糖耐量水平等临床指标。结果 观察组妊娠期糖尿病患者妊娠年龄高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组妊娠期糖尿病患者空腹血糖、餐后1 h血糖、餐后2 h血糖、血肌酐、血清胰岛素、血胱抑素C高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示:妊娠年龄、孕早期糖耐量水平与妊娠期糖尿病显著相关(P<0.05)。结论 妊娠年龄越大、孕早期糖耐量水平越高则妊娠期糖尿病发病率越高。Objective To study the relationship between gestational age,glucose tolerance level in early pregnancy and gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 30 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus and 30 normal pregnant women admitted to Sanming Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from March 2020 to December 2021 were selected.Among them,normal pregnant women were included in the control group,and patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were included in the observation group.The gestational age and glucose tolerance level in early pregnancy were compared between the two groups.Results The gestational age of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose,1 h postprandial blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and serum creatinine,serum insulin,cystatin C in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that gestational age and glucose tolerance level in early pregnancy was significantly correlated with Gestational diabetes mellitus(P<0.05).Conclusion The older the gestational age and the higher the glucose tolerance level in the first trimester,the higher the incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus.
