摘　　要：目的 探究达格列净联合常规降糖药物治疗糖尿病的临床效果。方法 选取2020年1月—2022年2月江苏省启东市人民医院收治的60例糖尿病患者,随机等分为两组,每组30例。对照组单纯接受二甲双胍治疗,观察组则接受二甲双胍+达格列净治疗,对比两组患者血糖、抗氧化指标、不良反应率与治疗总有效率。结果 观察组治疗后的各项血糖指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(10.00%)低于对照组(33.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.007,P<0.05);观察组各项抗氧化指标水平优于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 达格列净联合常规降糖药物对糖尿病患者具有显著的治疗作用,可降低机体血糖水平,优化机体抗氧化指标,避免用药不良反应的出现,安全性高,可推荐至临床。Objective To explore the clinical effect of dapagliflozin combined with conventional hypoglycemic drugs in the treatment of diabetes.Methods 60 patients with diabetes admitted to People’s Hospital of Qidong City,Qidong,from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received metformin treatment alone,and the observation group received metformin + dapagliflozin treatment.The blood glucose,antioxidant indexes,adverse reaction rate and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The blood glucose indexes of the observation group after treatment were lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions(10.00%) in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(33.33%),the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.007,P<0.05).The levels of various antioxidant indexes in the observation group were better than control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dapagliflozin combined with conventional hypoglycemic drugs has a significant therapeutic effect on diabetic patients,which can reduce the body’s blood glucose level,optimize the body’s antioxidant indicators,and avoid the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.It is safe and can be recommended for clinical use.
