探讨延续性护理应对2型糖尿病合并老年白内障术后的效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨延续性护理应对2型糖尿病合并老年白内障术后的效果。方法 选取2021年6月—2022年6月在福建省龙岩市第一医院接受手术治疗的300例2型糖尿病合并老年白内障患者纳入本研究,以随机数表法分为两组,每组150例。对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组患者进行延续性护理。对比护理后两组患者血糖水平、护理依从性以及术后感染发生情况。结果 护理后,观察组患者的餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病合并老年白内障患者术后接受延续性护理干预后,有效改善其血糖水平,患者对护理具有较佳的依从性,术后感染发生风险降低,临床应用价值显著。Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing on type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with senile cataract surgery.Methods A total of 300 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and senile cataract who underwent surgical treatment in the First Hospital of Longyan City from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected and included in this study,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method,150 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing care.The patients in the observation group received continuous nursing care.The blood glucose level,nursing compliance and postoperative infection of the patients after nursing were compared.Results After nursing,the 2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose levels of the the observation group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comparison of the total compliance rate of nursing of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative infection in the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After continuous nursing intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and senile cataract after operation,their blood glucose levels can be effectively improved,the patients have better compliance with nursing,the risk of postoperative infection is reduced,and the clinical application value is significant.
