中药复方治疗肾阴亏虚型2型糖尿病的研究进展

摘　　要：今临床上,肾阴亏虚型T2DM占DM人群90%以上,中医认为肾阴不足,水亏于下,水不济火,火不归原,消灼津液,而为消渴。中药复方可通过多途径作用干预肾阴亏虚型T2DM的发生与发展。中文基于临床研究、现代化药理机制研究、网络药理学研究来论述中药复方防治肾阴亏虚型T2DM的价值,以期为中医药防治DM研究提供数据和新思路。From the clinical perspective,T2DM with kidney-yin deficiency type accounts for more than 90% of the DM population.Chinese medicine believes that deficiency of the kidney yin,deficiency of water in the lower portion,discordance between water and fire,the fire not returning to its original state,and the body fluid scorched and thirst quenched.Traditional Chinese medicine compound can intervene in the occurrence and development of T2DM with kidney-yin deficiency through multi-channel action.Based on clinical research,modern pharmacological mechanism research,and network pharmacology research,this paper discusses the value of traditional Chinese medicine compound in the prevention and treatment of T2DM caused by kidney-yin deficiency,hoping to provide data and new ideas for the research on prevention and treatment of DM with traditional Chinese medicine.
