摘  要:以超临界二氧化碳为反应介质制备P(TFEMA-co-MAA)共聚物,考察试验条件对聚合反应的影响,探讨单体配比对聚合物组成及性能的影响,同时测定反应单体的竞聚率。研究结果表明:氧气的存在阻碍反应的进行;聚合温度影响共聚物的组成;改变单体配比中TFEMA的比例可得到不同氟含量、不同结构的共聚物;TFEMA和MAA在超临界二氧化碳中进行聚合反应的竞聚率分别为0.0284和3.6056。P(TFEM A-co-MAA) copolymer was prepared with supercritical carbon dioxide as the reaction medium.The influence of test conditions on the polymerization reaction was investigated,and the influence of monomer ratio on the composition and properties of the polymer was discussed.At the same time,the reactivity ratio of the reaction monomer was determined.The results showed that the presence of oxygen hindered the reaction;polymerization temperature affects the composition of the copolymer;copolymers with different fluorine contents and different structures can be obtained by changing the proportion of TFEM A in the monomer ratio.The reactivity ratios of TFEM A and MAA for polymerization in supercritical carbon dioxide were 0.028 4 and 3.605 6 respectively.
