摘  要:聚四氟乙烯乳液的稳定性对其保质期以及运输过程中的稳定性至关重要。研究了不同钠、钾离子含量对乳液静态稳定性和剪切稳定性的影响,研究表明,降低乳液中金属离子的含量有利于提升乳液的稳定性。500mm高度的乳液经过8周静置后仅有0.2~0.3mm的分层,且在15000r/min的高速搅拌下保持300s以上不破乳,试验结果表明,金属离子质量分数小于10×10^(-6)时,能限制乳液胶体双电层的压缩,有利于延长乳液的保质期,防止运输过程中破乳现象的发生。The stability of PTFE emulsion plays an important to their shelf life and stability during transportation.Therefore,the effects of ion contents of sodium and potassium on the stability properties of the emulsion under static and shear stations are studied.Experiments show that reducing the content of these ions is beneficial to improve the stability of the emulsion.After 8 weeks of storage,the emulsion only has 0.2~0.3 mm of stratification out of 500 mm total height.In addition,under the high-speed shear of 15 000 r/min,the emulsion can keep for more than 300 s without demulsification.When the content of metal ions is less than 10 × 10^(-6),the compression of the colloidal electric double layer of the emulsion can be limited,which is beneficial to prolong the shelf life of the emulsion and prevent the occurrence of demulsification during transportation.
