摘  要:针对某公司科技项目“基于煤热解理论的磨煤机出口一次风温提升关键技术研究”的关键技术中试试验,在24根一次风粉管道和6台粗粉分离器处共安装30个CO测点,在保证设备安全运行的前提条件下,提升磨煤机出口热风温度10℃,实时监测以上位置CO浓度变化情况,以降低锅炉排烟温度,优化炉膛燃烧,提高锅炉效率。测试结果表明,磨煤机出口温度提升对优化炉膛燃烧和降低排烟温度有非常好的效果。Aiming at the pilot test of key technology in a scientific and technological project of a company, "Research on the key technology of the primary air temperature rise at the outlet of the coal mill based on the coal pyrolysis theory", a total of 30 CO measuring points were installed at 24 primary air powder pipelines and 6 classifier separators.Under the premise of ensuring safe operation of equipment, the hot air temperature at the outlet of the coal mill was increased by 10℃, Real time monitoring of CO concentration changes in the above positions can reduce the exhaust gas temperature of the boiler, optimize the furnace combustion and improve the boiler efficiency. The test results show that the increase of mill outlet temperature has a very good effect on optimizing furnace combustion and reducing exhaust gas temperature.
